Alrighty, first of all, this was entirely an idea of the people on Magic Horizons I had no part in making this up, all credit goes to MH.
So, this is how it works; I'll make threads for different groups to nominate, then you go in and write who you'd like to nominate. After the nominations stop, I'll get you all to send me an IM saying specifically the person you want for each category. But I'll get more into that later.
