To all new students who want to join Ancient Runes,
It's never too late to join my class. Never.
I really don't mind whether you are new or not, once you join my class, you can always roleplay your character having attended class before. That is acceptable, since students are only accepted during the start of term. If your character plot (I mean, the story of your character) indicates that you transferred after classes started, then I can't do anything about it, and my character doesn't bother with make-up classes or extra credit for missing class. Yep, I don't.
I don't know if it's heartless of me to not allow anyone to make up for the classes they've missed, but do not ever think that it's a problem if you are new to the site. I, for one, don't. This is not a real school, anyone can always join anytime and no one will mind. Sure you may be a newcomer to this site, but it doesn't have to affect your roleplaying. To be honest, I think that if you say you're a newbie in OOC and IC, then you're making things tougher for your character, you know. So do not worry if you are new and you want to be included. Eventually, you will be.
As a new policy, all newcomers to Ancient Runes class CAN pretend that they have attended class before. (Unless of course, you want your character to miss all previous classes. That would make him/her a delinquent.) The locked classes can still be read, you can look it up from time to time. That is to help you pretend and it will make things easier for you and me. I will not be providing a make-up class, keep that in mind. This is all I can give to newcomers.
Note: Kindly read the class policy and check my announcement thread from time to time.
