If your character is at least 16 years of age, they are eligible for Apparition Lessons regardless of year. This will probably apply mostly to 6th and 7th year students - however, if your character is 16 and below 6th year, you may still take Apparition Lessons (unlike the QWT where you must be at least 16 and a 6th year or above).

It is important to note that while you are able to take Apparition Lessons at age 16, you may not take the test and recieve an Apparition License until age 17. To take the Apparition test, simply make an appointment at the Apparition Test Center in the Ministry of Magic, Level Six. After you have successfully taken and past your apparition test, you will receive your apparition license!

Remember: There is no appariting inside Hogwarts or on Hogwarts grounds. It's always been that way. If you want to test out your apparition skills, you may want to go to Hogsmeade as that is probably the best place to test out your new skills!

Requirement for Apparition Lessons: Character is at least 16 years of age
Requirement for Apparition Test/License: Character is at least 17 years of age

Please be reminded that classes will most probably start by the end of October. I just need to clear things out first. So that means signing up will be until October 31st, since this class would most probabaly be very short.
